How much do we tip the crew?

It is customary to tip 5-15% of the total cost of the charter.

Does the charter require a captain and crew?

All of our cruises are captained by a certified captain and a trained crew. We do not do "bare boat" charters.

What should we bring on the cruise?

Bathing suits, towels, sunscreen, hats and accessories, any extra food and beverages (beyond any arranged catering), and an open mind that's ready to have a fun time on the water. Standard phone charging cables are available onboard.

What comes with the cruise?

We provide hors d'oeuvres and light snacks, bottled water, and soft drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, La Croix water, etc.). We have a list of recommended caterers if more substantial choices are required.

What happens after we book the cruise?

Once the full charter amount is paid, a crew member will reach out to the contact person to plan the charter details.

Are there bathrooms onboard?

Yes. However, we have a sensitive septic system, so we ask that passengers dispose of toilet paper, tampons, and other debris in the provided trash receptacles.

What safety protocols are followed?

  • Every cruise begins with a safety briefing before we set sail.
  • We carry sufficient life jackets, fire extinguishers, flares, EPIRBs, life rings, lifeslings, and other safety devices.
  • Every cruise includes at least one CPR-certified crew member.
  • We do not carry an AED (automated external defibrillator), or epipens.

How many passengers can go on the cruise?

We can accommodate up to 13 passengers on most of our cruises.

Are bluetooth and WiFi available?

  • Guests can easily connect via Bluetooth to our shipboard sound system to enjoy their own playlists. (Of course, we can provide standard music playlists of various genres as well)

What's the refund policy?

Refunds for client-initiated cancellations are only available if the charter is cancelled 30 days before the charter date. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the charter, the client will have one year to reschedule the charter. Refunds are provided if the charter is cancelled by the crew due to weather or mechanical issues.
